Hey Chunky, obviously if the LAH*O shares were coming in on a one for one basis, that would be the case... that's not what I believe to be happening. Take a look at my other posts discussing the matter and you'll see why I've decided to build a modest position. This actually covers me in either case (i.e. even IF it does end up being 1 for 1) but I haven't bet more than I can afford to lose.
I know some mentioned the AS increase to 6.5B corresponded with the GSCG news, but if you look back at the filings you'll see that this AS was carried over from PNOW when the RS and ticker change took place. I think by merging into the lower OS situation, GSCG will avoid doing the RS that was inevitable in LAH*O. That's enough to get me to buy a few tickets...
