I have a dead stock in my account and it just shows the cusip # the amount of shares, zero value, no last traded price and a 100% loss with no option to buy or sell.
Funny enough Bioamber has a cusip, amount of shares and last traded price the % I'm up and my total value and no option to buy or sell..
Except it’s not a similar scenario at all. That situation was a regular run of the mill one rather than described by the courts as having unfolded into an EXCEPTIONAL one ( read used in place of excellent when the positive scenario is unusual, rare, not the norm ) . It’s amazing to me that the same people that say that the company that forming the bigger part of the JV involved with bioamber has absolutely nothing to do with the company while at the same time they can just grab another liquidation that has almost nothing in common with what was described by the courts as having happened here to be “a similar situation” lol.
