Well it’s mostly not such a wonderful scenario. Generally they go bad when the one transaction is for peanuts leaving barely any money for creditors and nothing for shareholders. THANK GOD this one was described as having unfolded into an EXCEPTIONAL Liquidation (used in place of “excellent” when it is rare and unusual) in a deal involving multiple transactionS.
Doesn’t really matter how many cheerleaders are on the sidelines. I hope we are NOT suggesting that more comments for or against will have an outcome now? Lol.
