The volume is here you can see by yesterday's low-volume how easily the stock moves up and down which in turn shows you why big buyers are buying on the bid putting it up on the ask and then hiding bids lower it's all it tactic this is December everybody knows what's going to happen the stock is going multi pennies you got tens of millions of dollars back by Rhode island government
You do not find many companies trading this low with all that going on and a beautiful share structure with no toxic debt. This will correct to multi pennies within the next few weeks probably starting today.
