gers, I wouldn't exactly say knock 'em dead, but hit them hard if they have something damaging on the Defendants? But if we waited until now, it may be too late?
But this Verbal session may just be what I would have liked to seen all along the trial, and that is to go after the D'nts characters if possible, prove our worth and Fair-play to the judges, as evidenced by the many Quarterly paying Licensees we have acquired over the years, and maybe show something that the Defendants are not the Saviors of the Business world they projected themselves to be, but money-hungry Vultures who grasped at every supposed opportunity without regard for all the Patents GERS achieved, and Gers, the little company who suffered at the expense of much larger Corporations?
