Trump Tax Records Reveal New Inconsistencies — This Time for Trump Tower
The vast majority of the gap between occupancy figures could be explained by diverging reports on how much space the Trump Organization used in Trump Tower. In loan documents, the company said it and its affiliates occupied 74,900 square feet in mid-2012, or 31% of the building. But tax reports from the January before and after listed the company and related parties as occupying 41,600 square feet — or about 18% of the tower.
So, think for a minute here. Trump could have taken a depreciation allowance for 74,900 sq. ft. of building space and instead he only took the write off for 41,600 sq. ft. Sounds like he wanted a higher tax bill?
Another bullshit article trying to find something wrong with Trump tax records, only they seem to be working in favor of the city and state (according to your article).
The more important issue is, how did they get these private (by law) tax and loan documents, but Congress can't? HMMMM!!! What's wrong with that picture?
