I feel like they either already closed the deal and were waiting for Mr Mazurek to be named CEO and take over or they are very close...

December is upon us and i cannot wait to find out!

I am not sure when the closing date is expected? According to the PR it could come at anytime. Maybe some others on the board have more info about this? I know once they complete this acquisition that I would not want to be without shares.
