Not even close. Too much corroboration by each witness of all the other witnesses. And there are such things as reasonable presumptions that are allowed as evidence in court
Unless the defense rebuts them.
Another reason I would like to see this go to the Senate, where the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will determine what is or isn't allowed as evidence. Schiff had his own rules for testimony, but will have to abide by trial rules, if this goes to the Senate.
Nadler, feeling hurt after having to handover the reins to Schiff, may send this to the Senate, just to put Schiff on the spot, in retaliation to not being given the opportunity to run the formal inquiry from the Judiciary Committee. Or, Nancy may have had enough of this and tell them to save face by using "Censure", rather than facing the embarrassment of a trial in the Senate.
Either way, not looking good for the Dumbocrats that were so eager for all this. And Nancy is probably telling them "I told you so, but your ego outweighed your good sense".
