Homeland Resources Ltd would like to announce the Company's revitalization through a privately-owned company well established in the MJ industry .
Over the next few months, Homeland Resources Ltd , will begin the reinstatement process to bring the company current. Originally founded in 2003, Homeland Resources Ltd had held a strong presence in the industry. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Homeland Resources Ltd became dormant. While still being publicly traded, the business structure remains intact and ready to proceed with this new venture.
The privately-owned company, with over 2,500 customers in 60+ countries, and having 3 locations in the United States, has rec'd over $120M in private funding for further development within the past year.
Upon completion of negotiations, the agreement is expected by 1st quarter, 2020. Both parties respectively are withholding the details of the agreement at this time.
