ok I know I have been goofing around in prior posts, but I have a serious question.... why would a company exit BK, then get their symbol deleted from publicly trading... then turn around and give anything of value to the former shareholders?
why?
in the world of Business, this just doesn't happen
thats like someone filing BK and after the discharge they go back and pay off creditors??? huh!!
they could easily share whatever value they have with whatever new shareholders they have public or private, but to give the old shareholders something is unheard of
this is either a clear cut sham, and the rumor mill scammed many people into believing a far fetched fairytale story..
or a very complex deal, something of the likes I have never seen or heard...
just sayin
