LOLOL...BIOAQ's gone. There's no "responsibility". It was well publicized that BIOAQ would cease to exist after bankruptcy proceedings completed.

In case you missed the last 8k filing . Everybody resigned . So not sure who would be making the next 8k filing . I have been asking who is in charge and how they got there for months . Apparently nobody can spin a good fantasy for that .

...except when there are court enforced confidentiality agreements, court sealed documents and every person associated with this process has signed a non-disclosure agreement.

They'll disclose it when they're done doing whatever they're doing. :-)
