You said it was “FINRA’s way of suspending the stock”. That is incorrect. The ticker was deleted because of a a CUSIP suspension....not a “stock suspension”.
Only the SEC does a “stock suspension”...FINRA’s version of that is a “trading halt”...when it piggybacks about SEC suspension it is an “H10”...when it is something FINRA does on its own it is usually a “U2” halt.
But whether it is an SEC suspension or a FINRA halt the ticker does not disappear...and in this case it did. That should be a clue to many that this is something different.
The ticker is not coming back and the stock will never be publicly traded again. Not this week or next, not this month or next, not this year or next....or ever.
