What funds does BIOAQ have to release, please explain?

No firm in the world would/could release funds while a stock is SUSPENDED. If nothing else is that’s definitely THE LAWS

I agree . And like i said you dont have funds when you cant sell the stock . And you cant sell the stock with no trading symbol. And you cant get a trading symbol when your company is liquidated and all the board of directors and CEO have resigned . So yeah there will be no funds to release.

The stock isn’t suspended, the CUSIP is...which is FINRA’s way of deleting the ticker. It will never publicly trade again.
