Two things:
First - It does mean only one thing, and I implore everybody to call their brokers and, instead of proposing a "share swap" as a possibility, inform whoever you talk to that the company went bankrupt, was liquidated, and went out of business. Then, ask them what a CUSIP suspension and ticker deletion means to your investment.
Second - much has been made of "kicking while down." One way to alleviate that is to not mention "scattering cockroaches" ever again.
