I agree but that doesn't mean they will have all their ducks in a row at that time. End of the year may not be the best time to RM, that is why I'm saying may be the new year. IMO
Nice analogy, i remember when i bought my first place and when the day came for closing and every one signed off and i got all the keys in my hand, it was my choice that day how fast i was going to remodel, move in or simply do nothing and just gloat.
