Well I almost started believing you but then it went sideways. Those are not the the shares owned by institutions (for sure) or insiders. (Also almost for sure ) as the shares held by institutions and a few 13g filers here =$17,6000 which when subtracted from the 129.5 million shares we get the discrepancy of approx 25,000,000. I also wasn’t aware that empty bankrupt corn sludge shells that had just been liquidated for pennies on the pennies would have a BOD . Anyways. What can these 25 million shares be?
