We are going to find out why CLSI has reduced the OS by over 164 000 000 shares since 2009 with out a RS. That alone adds huge value to the stock.

It was reduced by 130 000 000 after Sept 26 2019.
So that makes those shares taken out of OS worth minimum 3.9 million dollars at .03 PPS. This is added to investors value. As there are tons less shares now.

A company does not reduce the OS JUNE 30th 2009 (377,739,133) after 10 years for no reason. Most will have sold tons of shares and have billions in OS. This one has 130,037,779 less shares OS now then in SEPT of this year. and 164,408,801 less OS then the last time they filed in 2009.
