We are talking about having adequate funding to pay the overhead until we sign a deal, then the partner takes it from there. We will survive, but then, I'm sure you know that.

Plus money to keep the lights on during negotiations for all indications.

I see it as impossible to do a phase 3 ourselves at this point.

We are where we are. It's not an enviable position but hopefully they can make it work and we'll see $1 again.
