Nevada is where the company is incorporated. Not sure where to get the rights for shareholders. Should be able to on the Secretary of State website.

Read this, a basic non-state specific outline of shareholder rights.

Sounds as though they would have to schedule a shareholder meeting, and vote on the sale.

Anyone with more info on this please jump in here. This has to do with state laws, not the fact we are a pink.
