#200573 RE: jk21 #200568

JK21 - It all depends on the status of the merger between Loftwerks and Sulja Bros. and how the merger documents were written (if any at all). It depends if the surviving entity contractually assumes the debts/liabilities of the original entity (LFWK).

It is obvious that for some reason the holder of the judgment believes that he can execute the judgment against Sulja Bros.

Time will tell. However, this issue has no bearing on our share price and is simply more dirt thrown onto an ever growing mountain of suspicion of this company and its principals.

Read the defendant on line 4. Loftwerks, Inc.

This case was begun prior to the "merger". As a result of the "merger", SLJB is now subject to the judgement, along with every other named defendant (who have probably all vanished).
