A good deal of the shares can't be converted until 2021 and higher PPS will benefit all holders of shares IMO. They chose to increase the AS instead of a reverse split which is a positive sign. I've seen much more bloated stocks run to multipennies and beyond. Real company with lots of irons in the fire. Come on in the water's warm.
