Samara hold 2.5 billion shAres we have about 800 million not sure what the trading float will be post merger ?

But it’s obvious samsara will have full control of the share price that’s why they did this so no hostile take over can happen that means no one like me or you can buy a majority stake through the public FLoAt right ?

It also mean we have a reservoir in case the comLny is desperate for cash to avoid further notes.

That won’t be nessessary now with samsara we find out there revs when the next q comes out an I correct ?
