as of now it does not look like dilution... I recall cfgn active but non dilutive before filings when we were still DAVC

maybe ALPS is the new 'company mm' since we are officially SAML - just hoping its foreshadowing a company update and not any dilution

We were on our way to even higher daily highs until ALPS showed up so I am thinking some know a little early about an update
