WMI only released the Equity Interest in WMB and NOT the Title to WMB. WMB is still in the WMI Tax Group at this time. The GSA is still not completed, yet.

Pay special attention to the footnotes.

Maybe that is why WMI is a creditor that has yet to be paid from wmb.
