We even had a 40 min. pull back in the indexes from about 10:20 to 11:00, and yet we only managed to briefly during one minute get under 0 on the TICK. Something screwy was going on. And where was the news. I didn't see any headlines about world peace breaking out. An average day might see 2 or 3 1000+ TICKs. What made today so special that 46% of every 5 min. period would have a 1000+ TICK? No way. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it. Somebody must know something.

Phineas , talk about an extreme........ The net advance / declines on the nyse hit a level today that hasn't been hit in the last 13 years since 1990. It came close in july 2002 within 10ish points and then promptly fell to the other extreme. The net issues today was 2098, the next low hit after july 2002 was about -1750 issues ish. Nyse summation also rolled back positive today. Naz isn't as jittery as dow. Hmmm
