As long as you are holding shares at the end of the day before the ex-dividend date, you will get the dividend.

NASS, I suspect we are going to see a PR from CEO's in next week or 10 days describing their plans for JMCP which to this point have been uncertain by their own admission. Their plans for JMCP's future; whether its divestiture of assets and shell merger or some other plan, will let us know how its share structure will shake out, IMO.
