Normally took 2 to 3 years for the patent from application move to pending and granted.

Patent approval takes about 18-22 months. Very close now!!!!

Sometimes a Patent Pending is way more advantageous than a patent grant simply because in pending status is does not require design disclosure. Once the patent has been granted transparency is mandatory - and then the big boys step in and modify.

For me the "eggs in the basket" is Medrecycler & Durango... obviously everything is a plus!
