The Schenas (the owners of ARYC) probably sold all of their stock when the share price was around 50 cents. They had insider knowledge that they weren't going to deliver fins (despite all of the lies) at the end of Q1 2019. Why not take advantage of the situation when you don't have to follow the rules?
