Not sure. An Election could revise the climate change worries and fuel growth in stocks like these. If Exxon is interested at a time when they could drill for oil in Lincoln's bedroom what would be their interest if the green new deal is a reality? I'm looking up and down the markets for stuff like FCEL. Amazing opportunities these days. Look at 5G, AI, Quantun Computing - amazing stuff. I am an engineer in civilian life and it's all coming and soon.
