Good Morning Mwyo, Very nice and informative post that you have..Thank you.
Have you any idea as to what store locations are selling VATE products? In past we heard Lucky's and of course Amazon. But are there any smaller chains selling the teas and coffee? With all the distributors we are supposed to have one would think that the product could be in several chain locations including the southern corridor? Sheetz, Flying J's, as well as others. Some insite on product expansion would be helpful for those invested and looking to invest here. Just my thoughts.Perhaps you could make mention next time you see Ryan...Thanks and GL

I like your reasons for committing to VATE. Thanks for the post. Good to hear thinking from people who actually know what they're talking about.

This is a really excellent post, Mwyo

Thank you very much for not only taking the time to visit VATE headquarters and meet with Medico, but for sharing your DD with all of us

VATE is primed to hit the gas in Q4 with the rollout of 4 flavors of bottled CBD Iced Tea in brand new packaging with scannable QR codes that link to lab results

Several states, including Florida, are now requiring QR codes linked with lab results for all CBD products, so I’m glad Medico crossed that “t” at just the right time

Thanks again for sharing your DD

Looking forward to watching VATE blossom

Regards,
Sleek

Reasons why I am committed to VATE:

Nearly two years ago I bought into VATE due to the promise of hemp coffee. I tried it and could immediately tell it was a great tasting quality product. As I investigated the company in more detail, I began to know Ryan Medico. Ryan is a young, aggressive, intelligent and ethical CEO. His education and background in accounting and finance sets him up perfectly to navigate the shark infested waters of business and OTC. He has developed a business plan that allows him to systematically move the company forward and yet flexible enough to adjust to the unknowns that we all are painfully aware of, including; banking, credit, CBD regs, interstate commerce, Amazon, etc.

As it became clear that the exponential growth we all desire was to land on CBD, I contacted RM and scheduled a face to face meeting with him last February and again in September. During our discussions it was clear that he had the vision and temperament to make Elev8 a success. He informed me that he was to be launching CBD RTD coffee and tea, which he allowed me to taste. The flavors were fantastic. They included; peach, lemon, green tea hibiscus and CBD iced coffee. It was immediately clear that he had a winner.

Since then he has made the investments necessary to grow the business as aggressively as possible under the current regulatory climate. VATE is now able to produce the coffee in house with the purchase of Blessed Bean. The investment in BB has opened the door to new offerings like single serve coffee, numerous new flavors, as well as a lucrative whitel label busines.

Due to the amazing acceptance of the RTD tea they are now increasing their focus on that market with the launch of the additional flavors of tea. I expect those to hit shelves by late November/early December. In addition, with a good Q4, VATE could crack $1M in revenues for 2019.

RM has also been extremely judicious as it relates to the packaging and promotion of the current product line and any future offerings. It is common knowledge that the lack of FDA guidance has made the business climate extremely challenging. Only those companies that have taken baby steps and have made every effort to “dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s” will stand a chance. I believe RM has done everything possible to ensure success. Until the FDA is crystal clear we won’t know for sure if RM nailed it but I believe he will.

I have made no bones about my commitment to VATE. However, it goes far beyond what you all see on paper. I have gotten to know RM and I believe him to be as committed to the success of this company and to the shareholders as anyone I have ever met. In order maximize shareholder value he has kept the staff to a minimum and is working 80-90 hours a week handling many of the business functions himself until they hit the proper inflection point. This is the main reason press releases are limited. He is simply focused on executing the business. I have been an executive in business myself in the tech industry and retired after 25 years running global sales. I know what it takes to succeed in business and Ryan Medico is making all the right moves.

If you don’t want to take my word for it then go to Orlando and meet Ryan for yourself. Then let me know your thoughts.

If I am wrong I am out a significant amount of money. But... If I am right then I am at the beginning of something magical!

GLTA!

Thanks so much Mwyo. As always your on the ground reporting gives insight into things that we can't get it from company's update or news.

To me your updates compliments Sir Sleek's in depth analysis and forecasting.

I am too with VATE for around 2 years now and with big portion of my invest able money in it.

The share price is not where I wish it should be but it has been a wonderful experience to see this company grow from a small plant in early 2018 to significantly bigger with many branches. Wish it will become a huge tree where we all can rest(retire).

Missing the posts from Mr.Badguy and Cannabeast and other long timers. Where are they?

“Working 80-90 hours per week”

Medico is definitely very dedicated

Bringing Bright Rain on board was a great decision for the websites and packaging — it also shows that he knows his limits

It’s good to burn the midnight oil until the revenue ramp really kicks in

After that, delegation becomes more important to strike the right balance

Thanks again for sharing your DD

Nice dd and thanks. But ryan can work as hard as he wants yet still the lack of FDA clarity reigns over this situation. Should that be clarified, Ryan's work will really shine. Can someone lay out dd on what they see happening re FDA, some sort of timeline? What does ryan say about FDA as this has to be paramount important to him above all? Thanks
