For the record...
As i read, Jerry Favors made the Bretz TRIN 5 famous. However, i do not know if or not, he called a Sell.
I read the chart which is at Carl Swenlin's service, it was my interpretation that a sell was given by the indicator's graph based on my reading of Jerry Favor's criterion which are shown there.
I would defer to Jerry Favors if he thought otherwise as he is he recognized expert. I am just an avid reader, relating what i see. If you know more, please let us know.
