FOMX/MNLO - Messy deal, but FOMX is starting to recover from its 31.8% drop this morning. Now only down 17%.

Gives FOMX a longer cash runway if nothing else.

$MNLO is on the NASDAQ. The CEO will run it from New Jersey, the US Home for $FOMX and not California.

Granted, they will probably have to issue more stock next year.
