Mr Gold, ... Once The "Decrees" to actually "Close The Cases" are Filed, that will mean that WMI's Plan 7 and its inter workings and settlements, Have ALL Been "Fulfilled"' ... Hopefully We will see that placed upon the KCC Docket' ... (post haste) ... Then ?, Once finalized by Judge Walrath, ... YES', ... COOP' will begin to trade without any hinderance' ...

Dimples, ... It would be the representation that will submit to "Close' The Cases" ... and again, per the Local Rules, ... "Individually" ... and ... "Promptly" ...
