I'm not disputing that nFinanSe Payment Inc has connections to former officers of NFSE or that it is linked to AccountNow LLC.

The fact it though that AccountNow LLC (a private company) acquired nFinanse Inc then nFinanse Inc was dissolved.

What was left after the acquisition was just an empty shell. NFSE became a zombie stock.

Somehow the ticker has managed to avoid being deleted to date. Since the ticker can still be publicly traded do with it what you will.

I was just trying to help clarify the facts. NFSE was not reinstated. It's a dissolved entity. Technically, nFinanSe Inc doesn't exist any more.
