Supposedly the shorts were the reason CMKX was trading billions of shares every week as the price tanked and flatlined. I have seen NO evidence whatsoever of a naked short here but I have seen red flags when it comes to this company's intentions. No proof but warning signs abound. JMHO.

The only way I could see a naked short is if the TA were NOT GAGGED and way more shares traded daily than those in the float.
