I just joined the board after reading this conversation. I was actually in Providence, Rhode Island last week and I drove by the facility to check on the press releases because there are so many liars out there who masquerade as penny stock CEOs (I like to verify things myself).
The facility is perfect for what this company is planning. As you can see from the application to build the Waste to Energy plant, there are stipulations that must be met. There has to be a plan for emergencies which means directions must be clearly posted for employees. This is an easy task to accomplish.
There must be plenty of space in the parking lot so trucks can easily enter and leave the facility. All any of you have to do is look at a google map for 1600 Division Rd in West Warwick RI and you can see the huge parking lots on either side of the building. The upper northeast square is being leased by Sun Pacific.
It is a straight shot east on Division Rd to get to a road that feeds on to I95.
In short, all of the conditions of the planning committee will be met easily.
Also, the company already has signage in the front of the facility which proves they have signed a long term lease. Nobody moves into an impressive facility like this (I would guess at least 80% occupied or more), rents almost 50,000 sq ft., and builds out what appears to be a couple of thousand square foot office inside of the space to run a scam in my opinion. This is an occupied building about 12 minutes from downtown Providence.
The bays were open and I could see inside. There were men working on the office buildout and there were about 20 bus stop structures inside. The men were not very talkative (or did not know anything).
My takeaway from this is that this venture is very real indeed. From the twitter feed, it appears that they are assembling parts for the facility offsite (like the large motors) and will bring everything in once the planning commission approval is complete.
I believe this facility can be online in a short amount of time. I guess 6 to 12 months, but I could absolutely be wrong. I will continue to accumulate this stock and hold through 2020.
This stock should, in my opinion, have a market cap of at least 20 million to 30 million by the end of next year and maybe much more. A 10 to 20 bagger is a lock, but it could go much higher if the revenues from the Mexican solar farm come online this year.
This is a real company- bank on it.
