There's no evidence of that happening; it's speculation based on what some believe will happen once the (3) crooks are tried and convicted. Their shares will be revoked and dissolved by the company. It is just wishful thinking at this point...
It's based on the number of shares that Vaccaro and Taeib had in past filings if preferred were all converted to common, and disgorgement is only an assumption at this point based on common SEC actions after fraudulent activity of shareholders is proven (since for POTN it was documented by undercover FBI agents).
