The company did. End of story. That drop in PPS was due to the last in a long line of lies by SLJB. The drop was dumping as people got out. Even many of the longs here are no longer in, and probably dumped during that time. Although they may not have received any money directly, they are responsible, no ifs, ands or buts. The companys failure to deliver did this.
