It doesn't. The Company was an obvious scam suspended by the SEC. The SEC investigation is ongoing, but it will almost certainly result in civil, if not criminal, charges for the individuals behind it.

No one would touch this toxic POS with a thousand foot pole and get entangled in the Federal case.
