Filing the Form 15 will immediately suspend the Company’s reporting obligations under Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act making it no longer necessary to file Forms 10-K, 10-Q or 8-K,
I'm pointing it out because of all the hype about the incoming company being Nasdaq bound. Whether required to or not, there's no excuse for not announcing themselves as the new owners to shareholders.
And don't forget that there was a lot of hype about the new company posting voluntary 10-Q and 10-K filings to Edgar. So why not an 8-K?
