I believe the disinformation was designed to continue the hype and build-up toward the anticipated release of the fins, so that Petar and his cronies could maximize the share price for their own purposes, either so they could continue to dump their shares into the hype and/or so that they or others associated with them could short in anticipation of the DUMP.
