Yep certs aren't what they used to be. I'd say $75k would be money well spent and the cert holders would be wise to accept the cash offer. The alternative is to frame those certs and hang them on the wall. Cash in the bank versus an unredeemable piece of paper doesn't sound like a difficult choice to me. Great offer Glenn Laken!
