The SS is reduced a lot now and the older shares are in certificates so those can not even trade!
Sure they can---just have to deliver them to the broker first---I used to bicycle those around to the Brokerage houses on Wall Street--in the late 50's---my first job on the Street
Why on earth is it being assumed the share structure will not change once the merger is announced? A “Nasdaq caliber company with $50 million in revenues” that is being claimed is not being dumped in here for free. All this chatter about the share structure being so great with no dilution will surely change once the company is merged in. The more you keep adding the more painful the hit will be once that share structure changes. Ouch ouch ouch!
