Rotmans lost $400k for the first 6 months of the year, for a mature company that is not good not will it command a strong valuation. Lost from operation is even worse.

So your saying both companies are going out of business?

So that Q2 short blip, tells you this is just the end of both corporations and the Rotmans' are going to use VYST to consolidate and eventually closing both businesses but not before selling lots of shares to guarantee their wealth?

That would be a scam and a half.
