They have zero money, literally. Ridiculously cash flow negative, they’ve lost their only sales outlet, which failed, and, lost their distribution which, they’ve had on paper only. They printed a ton of paper to cover bad debt in an orchestrated P and D long ago. Now, just the remnants floating in the bowl remain...zero hope, by design.
