i actually would never recommend something like that unless the situation was ridiculously bad...and this situation worsens everyday it seems. How many holders would go with you?

#198448 RE: S.A.G. #198438

I need to vent a little ...I'm getting very frustrated more and more each day. And I'm sorry, how patient can we be, after being told time and again, they are coming...and the final blow was the "date certain" AF's. The big question is, if they had them ready and he even posted on their website that night, they were coming...where the hell are they now? 2 weeks later?

That PR was alright, but come on, stop avoiding what we've been told were ready 2 months ago!!

Yes, they have been in business for a while, yes they bought SAM's, opening a small store supposedly in a couple weeks....but ya know what? I didn't buy this stock for those reasons...I'm sure no one did.

Like HOG said, at times I feel ready to call them and go nuts too..but I don't.

It seems I've been slapped in the face by PV one too many times...and I'm just hoping Steve can turn this thing around. The longer they avoid the "AF" question...the more my confidence drops. Address the situation at least, they know thats what everyone wants to hear about.

And no, I'm not selling...I just needed to let that out so I feel better :) I'm too down right now for it to even matter if I did...I will go down with it if thats what happens. If they get their act together and get on track, great...I will be here, waiting.

Bravo! I feel some of us have finally reached our tolerance levels. Absent any affirmative information from the company within the next 48 hours, I truly believe that strong action needs to be taken on behalf of the shareholders. I applaud you for this suggestion.

The "Scooby Doo" investigations (as Asus calls them) being undertaken by numerous shareholders will yield nothing which will affect the share price, which is our ultimate concern.

I support this approach or that suggested by Asus several posts hence.

Look guys the way to do this is get 15% of the holders (assuming we know the count and this always a problem with a pickie) and get a lawyer to use the Nevada law for access to the books. I have been involved with a similar action on another pickie and it works. It get attention fast. Now call me a basher.

Airys: your post might be the next article in the WS. I can see GR working the angle right now:

"The shareholders are so upset that they are contemplating a shareholder law suit agains Sujla"........

This would kill them off if there is any life in them at all.

Airys you're a good guy and I share your frustration. But, for us to meet with them without being invited would probably take a subpeona. Whatever we have left here is only going to get better if they decide to let us know what's going on. I don't want to seem apathetic, I just think doing something like this would have an unpleasant result. If we have to force them, then this game was over long ago.

Thanks Airys418
I have been thinking along those lines for a couple days now but since I don't post much. I thought it might be ridiculed to no end like a lot of posters on here are.
We have been patient through this process. I see newbies coming in saying that things will pickup. But I also remember a lot of trusted people on this board getting their butts kicked by managements inept handling of things.
We don't have to put our shares into a trust at the this exact time. We can mobilize and get SLJB investors from the other stock boards together as well.
If Steve and Petar don't like negative press then how will they feel if a shareholders committee has a PR of their own asking for answers.
All we ask for is the truth. WE DESERVE AT LEAST THAT MUCH!

#198518 RE: S.A.G. #198438

Airys418,

There has never been a time that I would ever even dream about showing up on the Company's door step(Lobby, Foyer, conference room, cafeteria, or whatever).

But with this situation (one like I have neeeever seen before), I would fully support investors showing up in numbers to get our point across and to get what was so blatantly promised to us after waiting 3 months ---> the "November 15,2006 DATE CERTAIN" AFs.

When you get right down to it, none of this other stuff, news, SAM, WS etc.. is beneficial or stabalizing. Confidence and Stability with SULJA is NEEDED FOREMOST! WHERE ARE THE "Date Certain" AFs? Just think about that situation ("Date Certain") and just how do you even think about anything else before the AFs and PRs related to AFs that got and kept everyone LOYAL and INVESTORS WITH SHEER TRUST and BELIEF IN SULJA AND IT'S MANAGEMENT. The company needs to completly understand that they will be held accoutable to the maximum degree that unified investors can inforce it! THEY NEED TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NO JOKE! by any Stretch of the Imagination.

English Version ------->WHERE ARE THE "November 15,2006 DATE CERTAIN" AFs ?
International Version-->WHERE ARE THE "November 15,2006 DATE CERTAIN" AFs ?

IMHO
A SLJB Investor with Great Concern,
