IVAY has been holding off over the past while from releasing the latest great news about their huge government contract and pending acquisition because in early Oct. some third party idiot spammed info about IVAY. The executive leadership at IVAY all have backgrounds in high level law enforcement, along with some MBAs thrown in for good measure, and wanted to address this malicious spamming. IVAY's main goal has been to get these big long-term government contracts (which they have for millions of dollars)and to expand their service offerings, which this new acquisition would certainly account for. IVAY has been building their business for almost 9 years and all that hard work is coming to fruition. IVAY is currently a bargain.
