Having to answer to shareholders in a public forum is a very sensitive issue. If the question on dilution was asked of me i wouldn’t answer it on Twitter or investorhub. I’m not familiar with current SEC rules but would think they would frown upon that. Dilution for value isn’t a bad thing. It’s obvious that over the past year our shares had been diluted but was there value? My belief is yes. Why? FTEG caught up on years of past accounting and made I believe 2 acquisitions. Whether shareholders believe Nelson is a good guy or not I don’t care. My theory is always study the underlining intention behind a CEO’s decision. Time will tell.
