My little DD on $ATYG: Possible crypto RM?

I started my due diligence after read this post:

First of all, I checked whois info for atyg.net and discovered it has been registered today:



Then, I went to their website. Right now, it's only a coming soon page that shows a counter. However, if you click at "Contact" link at the bottom it redirects to this email address:

Footer text points to Canada. I believe this is all the info you can get from website now.

Well, after get this data I started my standard DD procedure. Firstly, I look for info of new CEOs or insiders in Linkedin. It took me more than I expected but I was able to found a Tobias No from Montreal, Canada:



This is the awesome part: he is the co-founder of a crypto miners' facility in Taiwan:

Not sure if he is our guy, but if that's the case, then this could be very, very interesting.

Checking their website, seems like they are fully in service, being launched a new miner just some months ago: Orion 5 7nm



As many of you already know, ATYG filled a reinstatement on Friday and it was signed by a new CEO:

After this, the stock surged to $0.0002 with almost 800M shares traded. Just after that, old domain becomes active again and new website seems to be around the corner.

I'm still not sure but I've seen this type of setups in other plays before. First the reinstatement, new CEO announced, new website, later release pending filings…

And the (still pending confirmation) connection with the crypto company is very, very big now that Bitcoin is running again and starting its new bull market…

All of this makes me think in a a potential Reverse Merger in the making.

I don't know, still too early and almost no info, I have to make more research yet, but seems like a good lotto ticket to me.
