No identifying details about the deal and who brought it to Heddle were provided in the 8-K. This board dug out the Bramble and Price names and the Ragus connection was first made here:

We don't know who signed the deal on behalf of Nutlickso.
Is there any chance at all that Dick Hed didn't know about the Ragus connection and bailed on the deal when he found out about it?
